At 360 Adstrategy, we value our clients and strive to provide high-quality digital marketing services and training solutions. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have outlined our Cancellation and Refund Policy below.
🔄 Cancellation Policy
Service-Based Projects (SEO, PPC, SMM, GMB, Website Design, etc.):
Once a project has been initiated and work has commenced, cancellation is not allowed.
If you wish to cancel the service before the project starts, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of payment to be eligible for cancellation.
Any third-party costs (e.g., domain purchase, hosting, ad spend) already incurred will be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).
Training Programs & Digital Courses:
Cancellations for training sessions or digital marketing courses must be made at least 48 hours before the course start date.
Once the training material has been accessed or classes have begun, cancellations are no longer eligible.
💰 Refund Policy
We take pride in delivering quality services. However, due to the nature of digital marketing and training services, refunds are subject to the following terms:
1. Digital Marketing Services:
Refunds will not be issued once a service has been initiated or a strategy has been implemented.
If the service has not started, and the cancellation is made within 24 hours of payment, a partial refund may be issued after deducting transaction and administrative charges.
2. Website Design & Development:
No refunds are provided after design approval or once development begins.
If the project is cancelled before design approval, a partial refund may be considered, based on work completed.
3. Training & Consultation Services:
Fees for workshops, training programs, and one-on-one consultations are non-refundable once sessions have started.
If cancelled before the start date, a refund may be issued after deducting any applicable administrative charges.
🔁 Refund Processing Time
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
